Reuben’s at Abalone House & Spa have put together a fantastic 5-course Easter Sunday Lunch that will be served on the 20th of April 2014.
The menu will consist of the following:
Cauliflower soup, truffle, smoked snoek
Pickled angelfish, compressed apple, iceberg lettuce, yoghurt
Thinly sliced tongue, warm crayfish, caper & raisin puree, port reduction
Pan-fried Cape Salmon, pommes puree, marinated zucchini & tomatoes, saffron cream
Roasted sirloin, bone marrow, duck fat roasted potatoes, creamed spinach, bordelaise jus
(Vegetarian option on request)
Chocolate nemesis, orange sorbet, chocolate streusel
This 5 course menu is available at R495.00 per person.
